Have been using Grapplers Labs electrolytes since it’s launched date and the container goes a long way! Still have half a container and we train every day. You only need 2 scoops max and you’re good to go. Refreshing product that is much better than all those other brands which are packed with too much sugar! I personally use it as an hydration drink mixed with magnesium and creatine at the end of my day to help with the flavour and promote faster recovery.

I’ve recently started using Grapplers Labs electrolytes, and I have to say, they’re awesome. I’ve tried a few different brands, but these are the best by far. Great taste, no weird aftertaste, and they mix well. Plus, unlike other brands, I don’t have to use more than the recommended dose to feel the effects. I can really feel the difference when training, they keep me hydrated through intense sessions and have stopped me from cramping during long rolls. If you train hard and want to stay hydrated while preventing fatigue, I highly recommend giving them a go. It’s great to finally have a brand made specifically for grappling athletes. I’m keen to keep using Grapplers Labs supplements and excited to try more from their range. Oss!
